Spa Gift Guide for this Mother's Day

Stewie: "Mom! Mom! Mommy! Mommy! Mama!" Lois: "What?!!" Stewie: "Hi, *giggles*" - Family Guy. Haha, yes, Mother's Day is right around the corner! The day we celebrate the women who are the real superheroes because we can always depend on our moms or someone we look to as a mom! No matter how exhausted they are they always find the time and strength to meet our needs. So I have put together a great spa gift guide for the moms that need a day of relaxation.
These are my go-to products I use when I need to relax at home and to refresh my body. I'm going to number them in the order I use them to give you a look at how my spa days go! Oh and be on the lookout for a giveaway!
1. Candles
Candles are a fantastic gift for moms, especially for relaxation. My favorite candles are from Bath and Body Works. The first thing I do whenever I want to relax is light a candle. I usually light the candle and put it by the bathtub and dim the lights a little, this definitely makes me feel more relaxed while taking a bath. Also, what mom doesn't want their house to have a pleasant aroma? So even if the mom in your life isn't a bath type of gal, candles are still a great gift!
2. Cleansing Facial Brush
Before I apply my face mask I use a spinning facial brush to clean my face. Elder-Beerman recently gave me a Spin Spa brush as an early Mother's Day gift and let me just say I have noticed a huge difference in my skin since I started using this brush. It's very inexpensive and worth it!!
3. Face Mask
There's no spa without a face mask! I love the little sample mask packets you can get at Target or Walmart for $3. Tonight I'm using Shea Moisture's Sensitive Skin Mud Mask, this mask makes my skin feel really smooth and doesn't irritate my skin at all. It has a nice scent and glides on smoothly to the face. I always put on my mask before getting in the tub so it can work it's magic while I take my bath. That way, once I'm done taking my bath I have a smooth, polished face!
4. At-Home Teeth Whitening Kit
Right before I dip into the tub I put in my teeth whitening trays from Smile Brilliant teeth whitening kit. This is the perfect time to whiten my teeth. Yes! In the tub, while wearing a face mask haha, it's so convenient and the trays are not uncomfortable since they're custom-fitted(you can't even tell I have them on in the picture above)! I'm not crazy about keeping my nails done but I am crazy about having a brilliant smile! 5. Bath Bombs
I LOVE bath bombs, if you haven't tried bath bombs yet, you're missing out! This is another inexpensive gift for a mom who loves taking baths as a way to relax. I always loved Lush Cosmetics, they have a bunch of different bath products from bath bombs, bubble bars, bath melts, and etc. However, you can easily spend a bunch of money by walking into a Lush store. I recently bought Bodycology Cherry Blossom Bath Fizzies from Walmart, you can get 8 for $5. They're not as exciting as bath bombs but still leaves my body feeling smooth and has a pleasant, sweet smell!
6. Body Polish
Whenever my skin is very dry I use a body polish from Soleil Essentials. Tonight I'm using Eucalyptea Stress Relief Body Polish(the name speaks for itself), one of my favorite skincare products! After I wash my body I exfoliate using this product. It literally leaves my skin feeling silky smooth and moisturized like a baby's bottom. When I use this product, I never have to put on lotion afterward because that's how much it leaves my skin moisturized. You can also use this product as a face mask. If the mom in your life is a shower gal, then this is the perfect gift for her.
